Shrinkage rate during molding:
The dimensional accuracy of plastics with low shrinkage rates (PS, ABS, PC) is relatively easy to achieve, while plastics with high shrinkage rates (PP, PE, POM) are more difficult to achieve dimensional accuracy (the tolerance of the mold is about 1/6 of the product tolerance).

Flow viscosity size:
Plastic with high flow viscosity (ABS) is less likely for sol to flow into the gaps, while plastic with low flow viscosity (PA, POM) is easier for sol to flow into even with small gaps.

High or low molding temperature:
Plastics with lower molding temperatures (PS) are easier to form and have shorter molding cycles, while plastics with higher molding temperatures (PC) are more difficult to form and have longer molding cycles.
