Cylinder gasket positioning
1. Pick up the Gasket Cylinder Head and carefully identify the installation direction mark on the gasket, which is usually marked with arrows or letters.
2. Place the cylinder gasket slowly and accurately on the cylinder block, so that the positioning hole of the cylinder gasket is completely aligned with the positioning pin on the cylinder block, and ensure that the cylinder gasket is installed accurately and without offset.
1. Two people work together to lift the cylinder head steadily, align it with the cylinder gasket and slowly lower it. Be careful not to collide with other parts during the process, and ensure that the positioning hole of the cylinder head is completely overlapped with the positioning pin on the cylinder gasket and the cylinder block.
2. According to the prescribed bolt tightening sequence, usually starting from the middle of the cylinder head and crossing to both ends, use a socket wrench to initially tighten the bolts. When tightening initially, just tighten the bolts to a certain pre-tightening force so that the cylinder head and the cylinder gasket fit.
1. Replace the torque wrench and tighten the bolts step by step in 2-3 times according to the torque value provided by the manufacturer. Tighten to about 50% of the specified torque value for the first time, tighten to about 80% for the second time, and tighten to the specified torque value for the last time.
2. During each tightening process, use a square or other detection tool to check the flatness of the cylinder head to ensure that the cylinder head is not tilted or offset during the tightening process.

Valve cover installation: Apply a layer of sealant evenly on the sealing surface of the valve cover, then align the valve cover with the installation position, install and tighten the fixing screws, and pay attention to the tightening sequence of the screws to avoid poor sealing due to uneven force.
2. Spark plug installation: Carefully insert the spark plug into the spark plug hole, tighten it by hand first, and then use the spark plug socket wrench to tighten it according to the specified torque to prevent the spark plug from being over-tightened or too loose.
3. Installation of the injector: Apply a small amount of engine oil on the sealing rubber ring of the injector to lubricate it, then insert the injector vertically into the installation hole and gently press it into place to ensure that it is firmly installed. The wiring harness plug connecting the injector should be plugged in tightly.
