The process temperature for sealing after tin plating is usually controlled between 50-60℃. Within this temperature range, the sealant can effectively penetrate the electroplated surface to form a uniform protective layer to prevent oxidation and corrosion.

Specific steps and precautions for sealing treatment
‌Temperature control‌: During sealing treatment, the temperature of the sealant should be maintained between 50-60℃. This temperature range can ensure the effective penetration and curing of the sealant‌
‌Operation steps‌:
Put the electroplated product into the sealing tank and shake it gently to ensure that the product is evenly covered by the sealant, which usually takes 10-20 seconds. For products with special structures, it may take an additional 3 seconds, that is, 10-23 seconds‌

To avoid the product in the dead corner not being evenly sealed, the finished product can be placed in the sealing tank and soaked for 2 seconds before being taken out for the next process‌

The operator needs to hold the dead corner of the sand net tightly by hand to prevent the product from flowing into the dead corner when shaking, resulting in uneven sealing‌

‌Abnormal handling‌: If it is found that the sealing tank has not been passed during the operation, the production supervisor should be notified in time for analysis and improvement. Normal production can only be carried out after the improvement is OK‌
‌Precautions‌: The operator must perform actual operations according to the parameters and requirements in the operating instructions to prevent adverse results caused by improper operation‌. In addition, self-inspection should be carried out immediately during the operation to ensure that each step of the operation meets the standard‌
